• System Inspection: We examine rotors, buckets, lids, seals, and drive systems for cracks, wear, or corrosion.
• Lubrication & Cleaning: Critical moving parts and rotor chambers are cleaned and serviced.
• Calibration & Verification: Speeds (RPM) and relative centrifugal force (RCF) are calibrated using NIST-traceable tachometers.
• Safety Testing: Imbalance detection, lid locks, and emergency shutoffs are verified.
• Compliance Documentation: Calibration results are fully recorded to meet USP, GLP,  GMP, and ISO standards.
